Job Summary:Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies. Products to be designed may include switching regulators, linear regulators, high-voltage circuits and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment.&nbsp;Essential Functions:<ul><li>Participate in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release.</li><li>Work on the full design process at sub-block level, including verification and layout supervision.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>BSEE / MSEE / PhD with a solid base in analog circuit design.</li><li>Effective communication and written skills in English are a must.</li><li>Any practical analog design experience as part of projects/research at the university or industrially is beneficial, but not essential.</li></ul>

Products to be designed/verified may include power management, signal management and mixed signal functions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MPS products include: switching regulators, sensors, motor control, display drivers, audio amplifiers and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as notebooks, cell phones, telecom, digital camera, automobile and network equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Essential Functions:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Contributes to the design, development, &amp; verification of digital / mixed-signal IC’s.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely under the supervision of Senior members of IC/AE team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Digital Design, Behavioral modeling, and Digital Verification/testcases using standard RTL/DV languages (VHDL, Verilog, SysVerilog, UVM).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge &amp; Use of industry standard ASIC tools/flow for daily work: Digital Simulators, synthesis tools, DFT, LEC, STA, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor/MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Design/VLSI coursework.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Has the ability to follow instructions/tasks according to design specifications/procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of ASIC development process and digital design techniques.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of standard DV languages (SystemVerilog, UVM) and in behavioral/RTL coding.&nbsp;	&nbsp;</li><li>Executing tasks that hit project milestone.&nbsp;</li><li>Good written/verbal communication skills and strong team work/collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge/Experience with the following is a plus:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Embedded designs and/or firmware development&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of power management industry/applications&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>I2C, SPI, USB, PMBUS&nbsp;</li><li>Scripting and automation languages like TCL, Python and C/C++.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

It is the goal to develop and grow MPS business in the region by identifying high potential customers: automotive, industrial, consumer and other available applications.Suitable candidate has a strong sales background and customer knowledge established in Switzerland.
